Operational Excellence Coordinator
Your ResponsibilitiesResponsible for facilitating / organizing / training all Continuous Improvement activities in the entire plant.
Has the responsibility for the implementation, conformity and performance of the process at the respective plant / Project Planning, thyssenkrupp performance system(tkps) Implementation & Program Controlling, Process Standardization, SQDC Shop Floor Management, SMED_Setup Time Management, 5S / TPM_Machine Availability Management, Six-Sigma Problem Solving process, 6Sigma Training Request and Nomination, 6Sigma Project Assignment, 6Sigma & Continuous Improvement Project Execution.

Always follow all Company Safety policies and proceduresSupport all safety procedures and initiativesResponsible for facilitating / organizing / training all tkps & Continuous Improvement activities for the entire plant and supporting teamsSupports Production Manager to ensure that all tkps & Continuous Improvement activities are followedChampion employee IDEA programReport current activities or issues with Eschen tkps organization in order to foster synergies and cooperationEnsures project team members and affected departments are informed of any changes or findings that are necessary to their functionEnsures all necessary documentation is updated and posted in a timely mannerEnsures all points assigned to tkps in pre / closing meetings are completeSupports Supplier trainings in regards to tkps & Continuous Improvement methodsMust be able to perform training for production personnel, and continually be available to coachSupports Operations in Scrap & Downtime reduction projects per OPLMaintain tkps roadmap in accordance with current and planned projects and maintain communication with Logistics, Production, Quality, and Process Engineering to have an effective planTravel to customers, Presta plants and suppliers in the U.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Must have very good people / communication skills, and be able to communicate technical ideas to non-technical individuals as well as experts.
Exceptional organizational skills are necessary, as many tasks must be handled simultaneously.
The best candidate will have the ability to diffuse the resistance to change that is inherent with each project.
Education and/or
Experience:
Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University in Engineering; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer and Technology Skills:
The successful candidate will be proficient in MS Office applications, QS-Stat or Minitab.
SAP, Lotus Notes and Microsoft Project.
Effective use of production support software such as ZPoint, LTA, and the Production Database is beneficial.
Salary:
$8.
30 - $15.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
