We are a dynamic Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care and Assisted Living facility currently looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN to join the team in our Assisted Living unit as Unit Manager .
The responsible of our Assisted Living Unit Manager / LPN will include, but are not limited to:
Complete resident assessments to determine initial and ongoing needs of the residents' medical and personal care requirements.
Assist residents with ADL (Activities of Daily Living), including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.
Supervise, assist and participate in performing treatment regimens per physician orders.
Assist in training of Nursing Assistants
Participate in the interview and selection process of new Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses.
Coordinate pharmacy/medication needs and ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies/procedures.
Responsible for weekend management coverage and on-call duties on a rotating basis or as needed.

Qualifications:
Requirements Include:
Possess a Nursing Degree or diploma from an accredited college or university
Must have and maintain a current, valid LPN state license and CPR certification
Prior management experience and experience in Assisted Living strongly preferred
Strong clinical skills
Must be compassionately committed to customer service and have a love of the elderly!
