5K a year SUMMARY Candidate is responsible to assist the Facilities department in order to perform maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical and vehicle servicing.

Ability to manage time effectively to complete a large number of varied tasks in many different work areas.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent.
Vocational skills desired.
LANGUAGE ABILITY Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
MATH ABILITY Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
COMPUTER SKILLS Knowledge of Microsoft Office and PC's are preferred.
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing from the Indiana Gaming Commission.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position does not have any supervisory responsibility.

Candidate will be exposed to smoke when on areas within the smoking patio.
