Graphic Designer Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
Design and produce a variety of digital and print materials, including apparel, logos, flyers, websites, and social media graphics.
Collaborate with the marketing team, remote team, and/or customers to ensure consistency in designs across various media outlets.
Assign artwork projects to remote graphic designers and diligently monitor progress to guarantee that all deadlines are achieved.
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software (e.
g.
, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator) Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Review and validate artwork submitted by sales representatives and/or customers to ensure it aligns with specified requirements.
Manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while maintaining attention to detail.
Position Requirements:
Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of work.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Corel Draw.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Up to date with the latest graphic design trends, techniques, and technologies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Experience in T-shirt design and the screen-printing process.
