Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services, policies, and procedures - Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars - Transcribe messages and relay them to the appropriate person or department - File and maintain records, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Skills:
- Clerical skills, including typing, filing, and record keeping - Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Ability to handle difficult situations or customers with patience and professionalism Note:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
