Tasks should be completed in a timely fashion.

Read correspondence carefully and completely, pay attention to details and instructions.

Complete reoccurring tasks such as daily donations, answering telephones, assisting visitors to the corporate building, preparing mass mailings, compiling necessary Donor Perfect reports, and running errands.
12.
Coordinate pick up, inventory and delivery of gifts in kind donations.
13.
Assist in preparing for special events/fundraisers.
14.
Maintain documentation as it concerns contact with donors.
All communication should happen during normal business hours.
15.
Assist in creating special event promotional literature, brochures, fliers, and posters.
16.
Attend special events and fundraisers as requested by your supervisor.
17.
This position does NOT require you to assume Director of Fund Development responsibilities in case of absence, such as vacations and personal days.
18.
Coordinate the organization of the Christmas Room and be responsible for keeping it clean.
19.
Coordinate the creation of Tribute Wall blocks, ensure no errors are made, and ensure they are hung.
20.
Self-driven and motivated to complete tasks with the confidence to act on manageable situations.
21.
Comply with department guidelines, the Organization and Personnel Guidelines, and all expectations set by Gibault's Administration.
22.
Take regular inventory of own emotional well-being.
Develop and adhere to a self-care plan to promote wellness and prevent burnout.
23.
Assist other departments within the corporate building.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
At least 21 years of age Completed High School Diploma or GED certificate Valid driver's license Consent to and pass pre-employment background checks.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
