Looking for an energetic and reliable people person who is proficient at multi-tasking to work in a fast paced work environment.
Main responsibilities include:
-Communicating between technician and customer.
-Answering phone calls to:
schedule appointments, answer questions, quoting pricing for service.
-Interaction with Warranty Companies.
-Checking in vehicles for service.
-Redelivering vehicles to customers and reviewing what services were performed, or need performed.
Previous experience in automotive industry would be beneficial, but not required.
