Outpatient Infusion Nurse
The Outpatient Infusion Nurse is responsible for promoting the highest standards of care and service to Home Care Infusion patients serviced by Williams Bros.

This position requires assessment of patient problems and concerns in limited time frame, the ability to critically analyze and integrate subjective and objective data related to patient concerns and conditions, and implement suitable, and evidence-based nursing interventions.
The infusion nurse will strive for excellence in pharmaceutical services and patient care provided among all scopes of practice within the department.
Principal Roles and Responsibilities Assessment of patient problems and concerns in limited time frame The ability to critically analyze and integrate subjective and objective data related to patient concerns and conditions Competence in planning appropriate nursing care Implement suitable, evidence-based nursing interventions Appropriate evaluation of patient outcomes Patient advocate which includes being compassionate, caring, and emotionally supportive Careful and complete documentation of care given Performs other related duties as assigned by management staff.
