- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases - Maintain a clean and organized sales area - Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries - Process orders and ensure order fulfillment - Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels - Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and phone etiquette - Stay up-to-date on market trends and product knowledge Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Proficient in math, including retail math calculations - Basic computer skills - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Knowledge of dealership operations is a plus
