Your responsibilities
Summary:
The Maintenance Planner is responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance, minimize downtime, and maximize production efficiency.
This planner works closely with all maintenance technicians, production and engineering to plan and prioritize activities, procure necessary materials, and maintain accurate records.

Maintains a working knowledge of safety policies and regulations to ensure duties of self and others are performed in a safe manner, including lock out tag out procedures.
Comply with established production processes, product applications, control plan adherence, as well as Business Operating system during assigned shift.
Monitor production/machine data to find trends and predict equipment needs.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, lessons learned, and spare parts and provide reports as necessary.
Support in training maintenance technicians, operators, line technicians, and team leaders in the operation of lines and other training.
Develop and prioritize schedule for all maintenance activities and providing reports as necessary.
Plan and prioritize activities such as preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance and integration readiness Coordinate and procure necessary materials for maintenance activities Analyze and interpret notes and trends from work orders to determine if additional activities are necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes Your profile
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Should be proficient in reading and understanding engineering drawings and blueprints.
In addition, the position requires:
Availability to assist during non-scheduled work hours.
Availability to be on Call status when required.
Availability to work all shifts.
Ability to work independently in a team environment.
Demonstrates pride in workmanship.
Knowledge of basic Metric System.
Education and/or
Experience:
Associate's degree (A.
S.
) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school preferred.
Minimum of High School education or GED equivalency with 2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Environmental/waste handling practices preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
